Client Lead

About the Job

The purpose of the Client Lead at Bolster is to be the conductor, bringing together different parts of Bolster to deliver a symphony of work for our clients. It’s a role that will see you build strong relationships with new and existing clients, and deliver outstanding integrated work for them. This lead role requires a commercially astute, integrated thinker with deep agency experience across the full marketing mix, a proven track record of growing accounts, keeping projects on track and having strong people management skills. You will be the trusted partner for clients, drive integrated outcomes across media, creative and culture, and play a key role in the agency.

The core responsibilities of the position include account management – overseeing the delivery of client work through departments; project delivery – managing integrated campaigns and projects end to end; and business development – initiatives that will drive revenue and results for the business; all whilst maintaining exceptional client service.
