Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on facility systems, equipment, fixtures, and building components.

• Inspect the facility and equipment to identify maintenance needs, equipment deficiencies, and safety concerns. Address issues within assigned responsibilities and training, and report those requiring specialized service or further direction.
• Troubleshoot and perform general repairs involving plumbing, lighting, electrical and HVAC components, doors and hardware, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and seating.
• Assist with the operation, inspection, and maintenance of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Complete assigned work orders and scheduled preventive maintenance. Document completed work, equipment conditions, and follow up needs.
• Provide maintenance coverage before, during, and after arena events. Respond promptly to facility issues, including equipment failures, leaks, temperature concerns, and utility interruptions, and notify the Maintenance Manager when additional support is needed.
