To support our expanding operations in the UK and across Europe, we’re looking for a proactive Field Service Point-of-sale (Vending / Unattended retail) Engineer who is willing to travel regularly both within the UK and Europe and who can work independently to respond to hardware malfunctions. You’ll support machine installations Internationally and on-site interventions ensuring our customers stay up and running.

What You'll Do

• Install machines across the UK & Europe including onsite testing, customer training, and onboarding.
• Respond to breakdowns and resolve issues remotely or via scheduled site visits.
• Deliver preventive maintenance and machine installations in line with service contracts and SLAs.
• Work to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction.
