Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Strong experience in SAP SD, MM, JIT/JIS
Analysis of incidents and providing solutions for problem resolution; debugging may be required in certain cases
Supporting the business/specialist departments with process-related queries and understanding issues across the process chain
Shift-based support, including third-party management for critical incidents, in accordance with SLA response times
Experience with call-off control for JIT inbound/outbound, including status/action flows
Experience with EDI scenarios as per VDA standards
Several years of experience in the logistics domain
