Job Description

Join one of the key logistics hubs within Bosch Automotive Aftermarket and help ensure the smooth flow of goods across European markets. Based in our warehouse in Biskupice Podgórne, you will become part of a collaborative and supportive team that plays a crucial role in global supply chains. Working closely with colleagues from logistics, customs, compliance, and foreign trade functions, you will contribute to international projects, optimize processes, and support the ongoing digital transformation of our foreign trade operations.

Task and responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with foreign trade, customs, and internal compliance requirements.
• Acting as contact person for internal departments, brokers, customs authorities, and the Foreign Trade organization.
• Support with tariffing, classification, and customs-relevant master data.
• Analysis and resolution of operational customs and foreign trade issues to prevent delivery delays.
• Contribution to process improvements and standardization in the field of Foreign Trade.
• Close cooperation with Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Compliance, and other interfaces.
• Creation of evaluations, risk analyses, and recommendations for action on foreign trade topics.
• Acting as a key user for automated customs processes in SAP and GTS
• Participating on SAP S4/H related roll out projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Knowledge of foreign trade
• Experience with SAP
• Experience in the cooperation with third party companies
• Communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to work in an international environment
• Advanced knowledge of English and Polish languages mandatory
• Knowledge on German language will be considered as a plus
