We are looking for Time and Attendance Responsible – Bosch Türkiye and Middle East Headquarters located in Bursa.
Job Description
- Execute and oversee End-to-End Time & Attendance processes, ensuring accurate and timely management of working time, absences, leave and attendance data.
- Manage system controls, data validation & reconciliations, resolving complex cases when required. Ensuring compliance with local labour regulations, company policies and internal control requirements.
- Support process improvements and digitalization initiatives in collaboration with Payroll, HR, IT and relevant stakeholders.
- Maximum 2 years fixed-term contract.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics or a related field
- 3 years of professional working experience
- Payroll processes, labour law, tax regulations, compliance and risk management knowledge
- Knowledge of HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, labour law, compliance and internal controls
- Basic understanding of international assignment, global mobility or expatriate processes is considered an advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Customer-centric and service-oriented mindset
- Continuous improvement mindset and learning agility
- Strong teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration skills to work and collaborate in the Global HRS network
- Strong IT skills with openness to automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
