Indonesia is an expanding deployment market for Botsync, with manufacturing and logistics customers bringing AMR fleets online and needing dedicated on-site engineering support to get systems live.
What does Success look like:
Success in this role is measured by commissioning quality and speed: automation systems installed, validated, and handed over to full operational readiness on schedule, with proactive issue identification and strong customer satisfaction through the hypercare phase.
Key Responsibilities:
Deployment and commissioning
- Oversee the installation and activation of automation systems at customer locations
- Conduct thorough system and safety checks to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize performance
- Document commissioning processes and maintain detailed records, including deployment details, checklists, photos, and SAT reports
- Perform preventive maintenance of systems every quarter and replace components if necessary<
