Senior Product Manager - SyncOS

We build syncOS — the industry-first no-code platform that lets manufacturers and warehouse operators integrate, reprogram, and scale automation systems without halting production or calling in specialists. Our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) run 24/7 for global brands — transforming production lines in hours, not weeks.
Our product stack spans AMR hardware and robot software through fleet management and SyncOS — the software layer that orchestrates automation workflows, coordinates fleets and equipment, connects them with enterprise systems, and makes automated operations observable and manageable.
As robotic systems scale from individual deployments to complex operations, increasingly difficult product problems move into the software layer: which robot should execute which task, how fleets share constrained infrastructure, how workflows adapt as operating conditions change, and how problems are detected and understood before operations are disrupted. We are building the product team responsible for this layer.
As a Senior Product Manager on SyncOS, you will own a significant part of the platform and take hard systems problems from operational need to product model to system behaviour to measurable production outcome.
