Property Manager
The Property Manager supports Boulder Housing Partners’ strategic and operational objectives by managing an assigned portfolio to promote strong occupancy, successful tenancies, regulatory compliance, and effective property operations. This position will initially support a portfolio with a significant focus on Project-Based Voucher housing. Portfolio assignments may also include LIHTC, HOME, locally funded affordable housing, other HUD-assisted programs, and market-rate housing and may change based on organizational needs. The Property Manager is expected to develop the knowledge and flexibility needed to manage properties with varying program requirements. The PM team at BHP manages about 2,100 within the City of Boulder. The Property Manager supervises site management activities and is ultimately responsible for assuring the property is properly managed and maintained including compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies that govern the property.
HIRING RANGE AND BENEFITS:
$65,000- $75,000 DOQ
