Summary

The Senior Manager, Learning Design is the functional leader of Learning Design Services (LDS), providing learning design expertise, people leadership, and operational oversight to deliver high-quality, scalable learning solutions across higher education and corporate clients.

The role leads and develops the LDS team, establishes learning design standards and practices, and oversees capacity, quality, delivery, and resource allocation. As the senior learning design SME, the Senior Manager provides guidance on complex learner-centered design practices that drive quality, innovation, and measurable learning outcomes.
