By joining Box, you will have the unique opportunity to continue driving our platform forward. Content powers how we work. Our mission is to bring intelligence to the world of content management and empower our customers to completely transform workflows across their organizations. With the combination of AI and enterprise content, the opportunity has never been greater to transform how the world works together and at Box you will be on the front lines of this massive shift.

WHY BOX NEEDS YOU

Product Support is a central pillar at Box. We are intelligent, resourceful, clever, and committed—breaking through walls to solve our customers' most complex challenges. We don’t follow rigid scripts; instead, we listen, understand, and act as trusted internal advocates and technical consultants for Box’s full suite of web, desktop, and AI-powered applications across some of the world’s largest enterprises.

As a Product Support Placement Student based at our EMEA HQ in London, you will experience first-hand how a high-growth cloud SaaS enterprise operates. You will get hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues, partnering with global colleagues across Europe and the US, analyzing customer usage trends, and collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams to deliver operational efficiencies and "Blow Our Customers' Minds."

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for strategic enterprise customers via email and zoom.

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data segmentation and aggregation to uncover user trends and drive operational efficiencies.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to voice customer needs and influence product enhancements.

  • Collaborate daily with multidisciplinary support and engineering teammates across EMEA and the United States.

  • Lead and assist on technical projects from inception to completion, utilizing both relational and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Champion the Box core value to "Blow Our Customers' Minds" by delivering thoughtful, high-impact customer resolutions.

  • Embrace the Box mindset to "Take risks. Fail fast" by testing innovative solutions, learning quickly from setbacks, and refining support workflows.
