Job Description
The Assistant Custodial Services Manager supports the Custodial Services Manager in the daily operation, supervision, and leadership of EVS (Environmental Services) activities. This role ensures that cleanliness standards, safety procedures, and departmental goals are met while providing coaching and oversight to supervisors and staff. The position bridges hands‑on operational support with administrative responsibilities, maintaining guest‑ready conditions across all public areas.
- Assist the Custodial Services Manager with the ongoing management and coordination of EVS operations.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of weekly supervisor meetings, quarterly staff meetings, and daily pre‑shift meetings.
- Train staff in all required cleaning procedures, equipment usage, chemical safety, and departmental expectations.
