Join our team and advance your career as a Convenience Partnership & Performance Specialist (German Speaking)!
In this role You will:
Act as the key interface between internal teams, the Convenience Partnership Manager, and external partners, ensuring timely, professional communication in German and English.
Own recurring partnership reporting, including performance, costs, dashboard updates, and monthly alignment with the manager to support performance discussions and decision-making.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI reports and dashboards covering sales, category performance, waste, labour, profitability, and partnership targets.
Translate stakeholder requirements into clear reporting specifications, process documentation, user guidance, and best-practice standards.
Analyse data from multiple sources, identify trends and anomalies, and translate findings into concise business insights and recommendations.
Prepare and support governance meetings and partnership forums by presenting insights, documenting outcomes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Manage partnership administration, including meeting scheduling, documentation, record-keeping, and structured follow-up to ensure clear ownership and progress transparency.
Support partnership, category, reporting, and administrative processes across 1,200+ stores.
Ensure communication, partner support, reporting accuracy, and administrative subject area enable effective partnership management.
What You need to be successful:
Previous experience in an administrative, reporting, or data analytics role, ideally within FMCG or retail
Understanding of category management, retail operations, or partnership environments
Proven ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, and communicate actionable insights to business stakeholder
Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, managing action logs, and communicating with internal and external customers
Experience developing, maintaining, and interpreting Power BI dashboards
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and translate it into clear recommendations
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up actions
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English, including ability to present insights, decisions, and partner updates clearly
Collaborative team player, able to build effective working relationships
