GTM Operations Lead
Our Mission
Rebuild how the world works, to make institutions work better for the people they serve.
About Brain Co.
Brain Co. builds AI-native operating systems for large, regulated institutions. Each system is built for a specific industry, powered by agents that push real workflows forward. Underneath it all is Atlas, our proprietary platform that keeps customers in control, secure by design, and never locked into one model.
Why Now
Brain Co. is entering its next phase of production deployments on a national scale with an elite team built from Palantir, Google, Meta, and Nvidia, and a growing footprint across government, insurance, health, and financial services.
Joining now means shaping both the company and a new category of applied AI. Every project here ships to production and is expected to create measurable customer value and impact.
You'll work alongside exceptional peers on some of the hardest problems in applied AI. It’s the kind of work you'll still be proud of in ten years from now.
About the Role
We're hiring a GTM Strategy & Operations Lead to build the strategy and systems that accelerate our funnel — from first touch to signed deal. Working from first principles, you'll help Brain Co. figure out who to go after and why, sharpen how we land our first conversations with those targets, and build the enablement systems and processes that help our GMs move deals faster. This is a builder role: you'll define the playbook, stand up the systems, and iterate on them with real market feedback.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Go-to-Market and our COO, alongside vertical GMs and marketing, with high visibility into the company's most important commercial decisions.
What You'll Do
Set target strategy from first principles
Partner with GMs to define, from first principles, which accounts and segments Brain Co. should pursue and why — and keep that thesis sharp as the market evolves
Prioritize targets and map them to the right motion: outbound campaigns, marketing programs, or warm intros
Continuously refine how we identify and qualify leads so the pipeline fills with the right opportunities, not just more of them
Drive top-of-funnel in partnership with marketing
Work alongside our marketing team — including a dedicated outbound systems builder — to translate target strategy into outbound email programs and marketing campaigns
Own the warm-intro motion and ensure every channel is instrumented so we know what's converting and can double down
Build positioning and sales enablement that land first conversations
Position case studies, proof points, and vertical narratives so first calls land with maximum impact
Build preparation systems for initial customer meetings that compress the time from first conversation to qualified opportunity
Codify what works into repeatable positioning and messaging the whole GTM team can use
Build the systems that accelerate deal flow
Create enablement materials — FAQs, objection handling, competitive intel, and vertical-specific collateral
Stand up market feedback loops that route what we hear in the field back into positioning, product, and pipeline strategy
Design and run deal desk processes and other operational systems that remove friction from the path to close
What Success Looks Like
This person will be crucial to Brain Co.'s go-to-market success. Success is measured in velocity: the time from identifying a qualified lead to closing them is significantly compressed because of your targeting strategy, positioning, and systems. GMs spend more of their time in high-quality conversations, first meetings convert to opportunities faster, and deals move through the pipeline with less friction.
What We're Looking For
7+ years in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales enablement, or a related function
Enterprise experience is essential: you've sold to, marketed to, or run go-to-market operations for large enterprises, and you understand how complex organizations evaluate and buy
Chief-of-staff experience to a senior executive — or the profile of someone who would excel in that seat: you'll work hand-in-hand with our GTM lead and COO, and need the judgment, discretion, and executional range that proximity demands
A first-principles strategic thinker: you can reason from market structure and customer pain to a defensible point of view on who to pursue and why
A systems builder: you've stood up funnel infrastructure, enablement programs, or deal processes from scratch, not just operated existing ones
Comfort working cross-functionally with GMs, marketing, and GTM leadership, and the credibility to drive alignment among them
Analytical rigor: you measure the funnel, find the bottleneck, and fix it
Technical or AI experience — comfort building with, or alongside, AI tools and engineering teams
Bonus
Product marketing or positioning experience — you can translate technical capability and customer proof into narratives that move enterprise buyers
