Associate Attorney - Business Transactions
Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a versatile Business Transactions Associate to join our award-winning team in our newest office in South Orange County. As an integral member of our Business Team, you will represent clients in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including forming and maintaining entities, drafting employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, asset purchase agreements, equity transfer agreements, and more. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience handling corporate transactional matters, preferably in a law firm environment
- Proficient in drafting corporate formation documents, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, asset purchase agreements, and equity transfer agreements
