Bridge33 is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager, who will report to the Executive Vice President. This position carries out the day-to-day work of the company’s brand and communications program. Where senior leadership sets brand strategy and messaging direction, this role is responsible for applying it consistently: producing and maintaining marketing materials, keeping the corporate and property websites current, drafting communications, running social media, and executing corporate and property events.

This is a hands-on execution role. The measure of success is consistency and follow-through — every communication, press release, and event should reflect the same brand standards and be delivered on time. The Manager works closely with leasing, property management, development, and executive leadership, and escalates strategic, sensitive, or reputational questions rather than deciding them independently.
