Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The TA Coordinator is an entry-to-mid-level member of the Human Capital team responsible for supporting the operational backbone of Bridgeway's recruiting function. This role is responsible for recruiting entry- and mid-level positions, including university and early-career partnerships, and owns the full coordination infrastructure that supports all open requisitions: job postings (internal and external), ATS management and reporting, interview scheduling, candidate communications, background screening for all new hires, and pre-hire onboarding handoff. The TA Coordinator works in close partnership with the Senior TA Partner, who focuses on advanced and senior-level recruiting and broader sourcing strategy, ensuring the team operates as a cohesive, high-performing function. This role reports directly to the VP, Human Capital. 

This position is remote with preference for East Coast candidates. Periodic travel ~15%.
