Staff/Principal Product Manager

The Role
We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead some of BrightHire’s most consequential product initiatives, like major growth bets and new SKUs.
This is a high-judgment, hands-on role for an experienced leader. You’ll work across zero-to-one and scaling efforts: defining new AI-powered workflows, improving products used by hiring teams every day, and helping establish the product and technical foundations for BrightHire’s system of action for hiring.
You should be able to quickly understand the market and customer problems, separate the most impactful opportunities from the rest, conceive new solutions, and drive high-velocity, high-quality execution.
We’re also seeking someone who has personally built AI products – not simply worked adjacent to them. You understand model capabilities and limitations
