This role focuses on facilitating instructor-led and independent learning experiences, partnering closely with clients and internal teams, and making thoughtful updates to training materials when needed to support learner success.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, sponsorship is not available.

Residency in Illinois is preferred; candidates residing in neighboring states may be considered.

Candidates must be willing and able to travel by car within the state of Illinois.

As a Training Facilitator, your primary focus will be delivery, engagement, and learner success, with some support of existing instructional materials as
