About the role
As a Product Specialist, you will report to the Senior Service Delivery Director, Americas, and act as a technical product expert throughout the customer journey, from product evaluation and demonstration through onboarding, integration, and adoption.
Working closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support, you will lead technical evaluations, onboardings, and integration projects, while bringing customer feedback and insights to help shape product improvements and roadmap priorities.
