The Opportunity

Brunswick Group is seeking a director with strong financial communications expertise and deep experience advising clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. This individual will play a significant role in delivering high-impact strategic advice to senior executives and boards, while supporting the growth of our TMT and financial communications practices.

Directors at Brunswick are trusted advisers, working in close partnership with clients to navigate critical issues, shape reputation, and deliver clear and compelling communications to a wide range of stakeholders, including investors, media, regulators, and employees.

About the Role

• Serve as a senior counsellor to clients, providing strategic financial communications advice on capital markets activity, financial results, M&A, shareholder activism, and other complex financial situations.
• Lead day-to-day client engagement for TMT sector accounts, drawing on deep knowledge of industry trends, established networks in the sector, and understanding of investor priorities and regulatory considerations.
• Manage teams to deliver high-quality, insight-driven work across financial, corporate, and crisis communications mandates.&l
