Miller Estate and Elder Law is an estate planning, probate, and long term care planning law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. We support clients who are thoughtfully planning for the future, as well as those navigating urgent Medicaid and nursing home matters. Clients consistently share positive feedback because we listen closely, explain clearly, and follow through.
This is a long-term, full-time role in our Anniston office for someone who wants to grow with a collaborative, respectful, and professional team.
About the Role
This role is the hub of our Anniston office. You will handle probate and estate administration paperwork, meet with prospective probate and Medicaid clients, and coordinate estate planning, probate, and Medicaid files from intake through signing. You will work closely with our paralegal in the Birmingham office, making sure he has everything he needs to draft, and with the attorney to keep every file moving.
