As a senior member of the Founders' Office at bunch, you will take the company's highest-priority projects from "we need to do this" to done, owning cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
Your Role
Lead high-importance, high-urgency strategic projects end-to-end — defining the problem, coordinating stakeholders (including senior leadership), running the analysis yourself, and driving projects to completion
Take charge of initiatives that cut across departments, stepping into commercial, product, or operations as needed to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes
Conduct opportunity assessments to provide recommendations that support the Founders in identifying new areas for growth and evaluating new markets, business lines, and
