As our Fraud Ops Expert, you'll own the Fraud Operations process end-to-end, from individual case to systemic fix to AI-led transformation.

• Own every Fraud Investigation and escalation yourself: you live in the process, handle the hard cases, and make sure no user falls through the cracks.

• Identify failure patterns, own the structural fixes, and drive AI-led automation that makes fraud ops scale through intelligence rather than headcount.

• Hold full KPI accountability for speed, accuracy, and user satisfaction, you distinguish structural design flaws from noise, and you don't stop until the fix is permanent.<
