Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Case Management: Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the litigation process.
• Legal Document Preparation: Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents for state and federal court proceedings.
• Discovery Coordination: Assist in propounding and responding to discovery requests, conducting research, and summarizing depositions and medical records.
• Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients and attorneys, keeping clients informed of case progress and ad
