Product Manager Internship (Work-from-Home)

Product Management Intern

You will work cross-functionally within Businessolver’s Data Science & Innovation team, collaborating with Product Managers, Software and Machine Learning Engineers, Computational Linguists, UX Designers, and Business Partners to deliver end-to-end product features. In this role you will:

• Support Product Managers in defining and gathering requirements to build and launch features across Businessolver’s AI and customer service technology portfolio
• Conduct data analysis and market research on user behavior, virtual assistant support, and HR/benefits trends to inform product decisions
• Compile and analyze product metrics to assess feature performance and measure impact on the member experience
• Test and validate functionality to ensure high-quality releases and optimize the user experience
• Participate in daily scrum ceremonies and planning sessions

You will gain hands-on experience working on conversational AI, user-centric product design, and internal tooling that supports millions of member interactions.
