Someone who enjoys digging into unfamiliar talent markets, figuring out where the right people are, and finding creative ways to reach them, whether that means a specialized industry expert or a SaaS hire.
You’re naturally curious, know how to turn an unfamiliar profile into a smart sourcing strategy, and take ownership of your pipeline from first search to signed offer. Most importantly, you want your work to have a real influence on who joins Azumuta and how we grow.
