The Director of Organizational Learning is responsible for the planning, implementation, direction, facilitation, and evaluation of the organization’s enterprise-wide learning and development programs for employees across all roles, levels, agencies, programs, and service lines.
The Director should bring experience in healthcare education, learning, and development to the role in order to shape and evolve our organization's complete learning and development portfolio.
