JOB OVERVIEW
The HR Automation Lead will lead the development and adoption of simplified ways of working across the People Team. The role is responsible for shaping and delivering the HR simplification roadmap, improving HR technology capabilities, strengthening people data management, and enabling HR teams to use technology, automation, and AI to improve employee experience and business outcomes.
Working closely with HR leadership, Technology, Data, information security teams, and external partners, the role will drive innovation, improve data quality and reporting, and ensure that HR technology investments deliver measurable value. The role acts as the People Team's trusted advisor on automation, AI, technology, and people data.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain the People Team simplification roadmap aligned to organisational priorities and HR objectives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve HR processes through AI, analytics, and digital solutions.
- Act as the People Team’s AI Champion – turning requirements into deployment-ready Co Pilot Studio enterprise agents.
- Act as the People Team's subject matter expert on automation, AI, HR technology, and people data.
- Own and continuously improve the HR technology landscape in partnership with Technology teams and external suppliers.
