Position Overview:
Cadwell Industries is seeking an AI Solutions and Automation Analyst to build, deploy, and maintain the AI agents and automated workflows that improve productivity across our business functions. This role is the primary builder within Cadwell’s AI Center of Excellence, translating prioritized business problems into working solutions, then documenting and supporting them so they remain reliable long after launch.The position reports to the Manager, AI Strategy and Enterprise Enablement, who sets governance direction and enterprise priorities. This role carries the technical execution, participates directly in governance decisions, and maintains the shared documentation that allows either party to cover the other’s portfolio without loss of continuity. The successful candidate is a hands-on builder who is equally comfortable writing Python, mapping a support workflow with a department head, and explaining a risk control to an executive.
