Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager role focuses on ensuring that company sales goals are met or exceeded including achieving all key business metrics while following the California Closets policies and procedures. This role ensures that the designers are delivering on the California Closets standards of excellence with each and every customer. The Assistant Sales Manager also collaborates with the Operations team to ensure that the process flow is being followed and results in delivering on a high standard of customer service at all touchpoints. 

Job Highlights:

• We're located on 709 Hindry Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301, USA.
• The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8am-8:00pm with night and weekend flexibility needed. 
• The salary for this position is between $80-$90k annually + bonus.</
