Ready to take the next step in your recruiting career? CMT is looking for a Recruiter II to own full-cycle recruiting and drive sourcing across our growing teams. This is a role with real ownership where you will partner directly with hiring managers and shape how we attract top talent. You will see the direct impact of your work as the people you hire help make roads safer by making drivers better.

Responsibilities: 

• Research and mine various channels including LinkedIn, Github, Twitter and Meetup to build pipelines of technical talent for current and future hiring needs 
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches and social media recruitment strategies 
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of Talent to refine and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality candidates for technical positions
