Role Overview

As Partner Enablement Specialist, your mission is to make sure every external implementation partner can deliver the Campfire standard as reliably as our internal team does. You'll take the training curriculum and standards developed for internal onboarding and adapt them for an external audience — building the certification bootcamps, materials, and ongoing support that keep partners accurate, confident, and self-sufficient. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you're not designing the overall onboarding architecture, you're the person who makes sure partners actually learn it, pass it, and keep up with it as the product evolves.
