Manager of Infrastructure

The Manager of Infrastructure provides leadership for the technology infrastructure that supports the academic, administrative, and research missions of our client institution, St. Lawrence University. Reporting to the CampusWorks Chief Information Officer, this position leads and supervises the campus infrastructure team, contributes deep technical skill to infrastructure administration and is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure services.  The Manager works with the Infrastructure Center of Excellence (CoE) to develop infrastructure strategies, oversees daily operations, manages critical technology initiatives, and ensures the availability and performance of enterprise systems, networks, servers, cloud technologies, and data center facilities. The role partners closely with university leadership, faculty, staff, vendors, and CampusWorks Centers of Excellence to continuously improve technology services while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and institutional priorities.
