We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations powerhouse to join Candid. The Strategy and Operations team serves as Candid’s internal consulting and execution function, partnering with leaders across the organization to solve critical business challenges, improve operational performance, and scale key strategic initiatives.

This Manager, Strategy & Operations role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, building alignment across teams, and driving solutions from idea to implementation as a senior individual contributor. One month you may be improving partnership performance, the next you may be helping scale a new product line, optimize manufacturing operations, or lead a company-wide initiative
