Technical Program Manager - Platform

At Candid Health, we’re searching for a Platform Technical Program Manager (TPM) to work directly with engineering and product leadership to design, implement, and scale the operational frameworks that keep our teams moving fast. As a key strategic investment for our platform, you will tackle highly visible initiatives, turning complex, multi-team dependencies into clear, predictable execution roadmaps. Your mission is to maximize engineering velocity and stability, ensuring our infrastructure effortlessly scales alongside our business.

What You’ll Do
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Platform Engineering, Product Management, and Delivery leaders to translate long-term product strategy and technical architecture into actionable, shared roadmaps.
Orchestrate Complex Technical Launches: Lead the end-to-end planning and risk management for critical platform initiatives—such as major cloud migrations, framework upgrades, or API changes—ensuring seamless rollouts with zero operational
