The Role

As a Principal Consultant in Capco’s Technology & Engineering practice, you’ll lead complex data and technology transformation initiatives for financial services clients, taking programs from planning through implementation.

You’ll combine a strong technical foundation with transformation delivery leadership, working across data engineering, data platforms, governance, analytics, cloud, and related technology initiatives. You’ll partner with engineers, architects, product owners, and senior business and technology stakeholders to turn strategic objectives into executable plans and drive programs through to successful delivery.

This is a role for someone who can engage credibly with technical teams, understand what is being built, challenge assumptions, and identify dependencies while remaining focused on leading transformation and getting complex programs delivered, rather than acting
