HR Analyst

The Role

As an HR Analyst at Capco, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Global HR Shared Services, helping to deliver a consistent and efficient experience across the Employee lifecycle from ‘Hire – Retire’ support.

Based in Bangalore, you’ll be part of a Global HR Operations function, working for APAC region HR colleagues and stakeholders across Capco. You’ll coordinate Employee Life cycle HR support to APAC employees, maintain accurate records, respond to HR operational queries and help meet audit requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Experience – 3-5 years (including minimum 2 years relevant exp in HR Operations)
• Interpret data, analyse results and provide on-going reports
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance
