About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic professional to support Agile Release Train (ART) execution, coordination, and delivery. This role acts as a key partner across product, business, and technology teams, helping ensure backlog readiness, delivery alignment, stakeholder communication, and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines Agile delivery knowledge, analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and operational rigor to support complex cross-functional initiatives and drive consistent delivery outcomes.
What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of up to five Product Owners — coaching, performance management, hiring, and raising the standard of backlog quality across the team
- Build and maintain a single prioritization model across multiple stakeholder groups with competing demands
- Own backlog readiness and delivery
