About the Role

We're seeking a Business Resource Specialist to support reporting, business analysis, process improvement, and project coordination. You'll work with stakeholders to deliver insights, improve workflows, and support business decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business data and create reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Manage and support business projects and ad hoc requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Document and maintain business procedures and workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
• Support business tools, databases, and reporting resources.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Intermediate-Advanced
