The Role

Capula’s Technology Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational scheme designed to give you real responsibility from day one and broad exposure across our Technology Development teams.

As a Graduate Analyst, you will help build and support the systems that power our global trading, risk management and operational platforms. You will work on real projects that have direct impact on the business, developing tools and applications that enable investment teams to operate at speed and scale.

During the programme, you will rotate across different teams, gaining hands-on experience across front-end and back-end technical environments. Our Technology team is a core part of our business, and our graduates get involved in high-impact work that underpins how we trade at Capula. You will work closely with experienced developers and technologists who will support your development as you grow into a well-rounded developer. </
