The Commercial Counsel will report to the Deputy General Counsel and serve as a Legal partner to the Company’s global sales team. The role drafts and negotiates complex sales agreements and helps close deals quickly while maintaining compliance with the law and protecting the Company’s intellectual property. It also supports vendor, consulting, resin supply, and joint development agreements, as well as marketing review, litigation support, and compliance.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate complex sales agreements covering hardware, software, subscriptions, services, and materials.
- Build sales templates and negotiation playbooks and find solutions for automating the sales
