The Business Services Representative (BSR) serves as the primary liaison between the Kentucky Career Center and regional employers, fostering collaboration to address workforce needs and trends. This role develops and maintains relationships with employers; plans, coordinates, and facilitates employer-site, regional, and Kentucky Career Center hiring events; and secures work experience (WEX) and on-the-job training (OJT) contracts to benefit both jobseekers and businesses.
