TITLE: Career Advisor WIOA Youth
REPORTS TO: WIOA Program Manager
LOCATION: Deep East Texas Workforce Development Area
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Exempt Employee
Career Team is looking to hire a Career Advisor - WIOA Youth who will perform professional work providing career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services to participants eligible for the WIOA Youth program. The Career Advisor guides jobseekers toward employment and training goals, removes barriers to success, and ensures accurate and compliant case management. Work is performed under the supervision of the WIOA Program Manager.
