Career Team is looking to hire a Program Director who will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, and overseeing administration, programs, and the strategic plan. The Program Director will oversee all aspects of the TANF, SNAP, NCP, and Youth programs, including planning, implementation, administration, and evaluation of projects and activities necessary to ensure programmatic performance and compliance standards are met. In this role, the incumbent will practice working knowledge of Workforce Development protocols, which include an understanding of the field, core programs, and business plans.
