Your Role

You will join a small Chief of Staff team that acts as a CEO-mandated strategy taskforce — deployed selectively against the topics that matter most to the company at any given moment. Working directly with the Chief of Staff, CEO Frank Zillmer, and the broader Leadership Team, you will combine rigorous analysis, structured thinking, and hands-on execution to move the company's highest-priority challenges forward.
