About the Role
Monks is looking for an experienced embedded Senior Project Manager (Intake) to join our client's EU Cross-channel Marketing (XCM EU) team of a major global client, owning the centralised content intake that launches in early 2027. XCM EU is becoming the single front door for customer-facing content across the client's EU marketing organisation, and this role is the person who runs that front door day to day: assessing what comes in, understanding where capacity sits across internal teams and external partners, and making sure every request gets a clear routin
