About the Role
Monks is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead an embedded creative production team supporting one of our largest technology clients. Based in person with the client team, this role will serve as the primary operational connection between client stakeholders, Monks leadership and a distributed production team.
The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, comfortable navigating sensitive work and skilled at bringing structure to fast-moving requests. You will establish clear ways of working, manage priorities and ensure high-quality editorial and marketing content moves efficiently from intake through delivery.
An interest in AI, emerging technology and new approaches to creative production is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day delivery and operations for the embedded creative program.
- Serve as the senior in-person production partner to client stakeholders.
- Establish and continually improve intake, prioritization, briefing, review and delivery processes.
- Translate incoming requests into clear scopes, timelines, staffing plans and actionable briefs.
- Coordinate work across local and offshore teams while minimizing unnecessary handoffs.
- Manage competing priorities and rapid-turn requests, providing clear recommendations when capacity or timing conflicts arise.
- Partner with creative, design, motion, editorial and technical leads to maintain quality across deliverables.
- Facilitate kickoffs, reviews and working sessions, ensuring decisions, feedback and next steps are documented.
- Track program capacity, risks, dependencies, deliverables and performance against agreed service levels.
- Escalate issues thoughtfully, bringing proposed solutions and resolution paths rather than open-ended problems.
- Develop reporting and documentation that provide visibility into workflow, volume, turnaround time and opportunities for improvement.
- Work with AI and creative technology specialists to identify responsible ways to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Support team onboarding and maintain shared knowledge of client products, terminology, standards and ways of working.
- Handle confidential and highly sensitive information with discretion.
About You
The essentials:
- 8+ years of experience in executive production, program management or creative operations within an agency, technology company or in-house creative organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading embedded or client-facing creative teams.
- Strong operational judgment and a track record of designing effective production processes.
- Experience delivering digital, web, editorial, design and motion work in a rapid-turn environment.
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities and distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, including briefing, reviews, approvals, QA and final delivery.
- Excellent documentation, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and translate complex needs into practical action.
- Interest in AI, emerging technology and production innovation.
Working Model:
This is an in-person, client-facing role that will lead a distributed team operating across multiple locations and shifts. Availability during core client working hours and flexibility around urgent priorities will be required.
