About the Role
Monks is on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to join one of our largest client teams and play a key role in how we allocate, optimise, and support talent across our projects. You’ll work across multiple creative and production disciplines, partnering with project teams and craft leads to understand each project's needs, identify the right talent, and make smart staffing decisions across competing priorities.
