IT Application Expert (m/f/d)

Performance & Optimization: Ensure high application performance and service quality through continuous monitoring and optimization. User Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for specific applications, providing incident management, troubleshooting, and coordination with external software providers.
